How to “Remove Business Integration” of Kontentino from Facebook

Sometimes our customer support may ask you to “Remove Business Integration” of Kontentino from Facebook — it just means, that there is an unknown issue between Kontentino and Facebook and this is a simple was how to resolve this.

How to go about it:

1. visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
2. find “Kontentino“
3. in the popup click “Remove Business Integration” and click “Confirm”
4. return to Kontentino and go to “My Profile” > “Social Login” > “Facebook” > “Authorize with one click”

3. Facebook shows a message about the integration being removed
